ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized prototype for the management of the quality of business categories, independent of the type of business, the size, service of product provided. This has been reviewed in 2015 to improve the client’s satisfaction.
The use of ISO
It can be used by the company which implements it or by a third party ( ie. Suppliers) as a tool to check the satisfaction of the client’s requirements the legislation or the company in question Specifically, ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized prototype for the management of quality. This prototype provides the methods for a systematic control of the operation of a company so as to secure the satisfaction of the needs and requirements of the client.
The application of the quality control system intends to enhance a company’s reputation guaranteeing the client’s trust, creating opportunities for penetration into international markets as well as improving the company’s image and credibility, the reduction of production costs due to the optimization of the use of resources, improvement of the employee’s sensitivity in quality management, continuous improvement of the q processes based on the implementation of objective monitoring systems and measurements.
BS OHSAS 18001
The BS OHSAS 18001 was first issued in 1999, then was revised in 2007 constituting one of the most recognized prototypes internationally which caters for Management systems in the workplace in Health and safety. In some countries, implementation of a management system of the workplace in health and safety is a legislative prerequisite. Many companies though, would like to reduce the events in whole. Whatever this case, the assurance of the health and safety of employees is a major issue for the companies of today.

By using a systematic approach of an organization it recognizes the effects of environmental activities and sets goals targets and a prepares for the monitoring and reduction of this effects, with the implementation of ΣΠΔ the organization sets the framework within which it can constantly improve it’s performance.
The prototype can be implemented in all kinds of activities, organizations of any size given that every company affects the environment in a large or small way. The ΣΠΔ is considered necessary when taking into consideration the overall contribution to the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution.
